THE Hare Restaurant in Lambourn Woodlands has reopened after refurbishment. Work to the restaurant in Ermin Street included an extension to its dining area and kitchen and a new lounge and bar. Front of house manager, Bruno Gautier (pictured above), said: “The expansion of The Hare Restaurant is a major milestone in our business development. “Behind the scenes, our head chef and his team are able to enjoy a much bigger kitchen, while our customers can relax in a new larger bar and lounge located to the side of the restaurant.” The restaurant dates back to 1630 as a coaching inn.
