A three-year-old child ended up covered in human faeces after a disgusting act of anti-social behaviour.The toddler was smeared in excrement while playing in the Deadmans Lane play park, where someone had defecated on a slide over the weekend. Neighbourhood Specialist Officer, PC Ian Bibbins, said: “This really is a disgusting act, which has caused a lot of distress to the people involved. “Someone must know who has done this and I would urge them to please come forward and speak to police.”He added that reports of youths drinking, smoking cannabis and setting off fireworks in the area had increased. “We will be increasing patrols in the area and anyone found to be causing problems in the area will be dealt with accordingly,” he said.
