A WOMAN who was found dead in a small village near Andover has been named as senior Vodafone employee, Sally Sinclair. The 40-year-old head of business analysis at Vodafone’s world headquarters in Speen was found dead in her home in Amport on Saturday (August 16). A post mortem examination of the body was carried out on Sunday and revealed that she died from injuries to her upper body. Police arrested a 47-year-old man in connection with Mrs Sinclair’s death and a team of police officers from the major crimes investigation unit are trying to piece together the circumstances leading up to her death. Vodafone confirmed that Mrs Sinclair had worked in Newbury since 1994. Human resources director for Vodafone UK, Matthew Brearley, said: “Sally will be deeply missed by her colleagues here at Vodafone.“Our sympathy goes out to Sally’s family and friends.” Police said that more information would follow as the circumstances surrounding Mrs Sinclair's death became clear.
