LEGENDARY Lambourn jockey AP McCoy will ride the favourite in his last ever Grand National before retiring.

The nineteen-time champion jump jockey, who shocked the racing world when he announced his retirememnt at Newbury Racecourse earlier this year, will ride Shutthefrontdoor which is currently the 7/1 market leader.

McCoy, 40, ended a 15 year wait for a Grand National winner when he tasted success on board 16/1 shot Don't Push It in 2010.

Later that year he won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award.

Upper Lambourn trainer Warren Greatrex has two entries for this year's Grand National - Dolatulo and Tranquil Sea.
