THE M4 has now reopened eastbound between junction 15 for Swindon and 14 for Hungerford after a lorry overturned in the early hours of this morning.

Five mile queues were being reported this morning and the road was closed while the 300 litres of diesel the lorry spilled is cleaned up.

The Highways Agency reopened the road at 10.38am, but there are still delays of around an hour.
