Wanted! Newbury's coolest heatwave pics

With the hottest temperature since 2006 recorded in England today (Wed), heatwave alerts up a notch and temperatures set to hit 29 degrees C in West Berkshire, how are you keeping cool?

According to the Met Office, a temperature of 34.5 degrees C was recorded at Northolt in North West London today - the hottest UK temperature since 2006.

The Met Office has also today raised the national heatwave alert grading to level three - a heatwave action, heat-health alert.

Wimbledon crowds have been advised to wear hats, with the centre court roof closed to protect the playing surface from the sun's rays. 

Are you in the office simmering slowly with bad tempered colleagues, or in the garden, cold drink in hand, soaking up the rays?
