Man charged in connection with East Ilsley tractor theft

A man has been charged in connection with stealing a tractor from East Ilsley. 

Paul Behnke, of no fixed abode, was charged with one count of theft of a motor vehicle and one count of going equipped for theft of a motor vehicle on Monday, June 26. 

The 42-year-old's charges relate to an incident on the day he charged in which two tractors were removed from a business site in Stanmore Road, East Ilsley.

Behnke was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on July 27.
