A34 delays following accident

THERE are long delays on the A34 this afternoon (Friday) following an accident.

One lane is currently closed northbound following an accident just past the East Ilsley slip road at the bottom of Gore Hill.

Thames Valley Police Roads Policing ‏advised motorists to find alternative routes. 

The Highways Agency has said that there are currently delays of 30 minutes and normal conditions are not expected until 4pm.
