DISRUPTION is expected all day after a person was hit by a train between Pewsey and Bedwyn this morning (Sat).

All lines are currently blocked and First Great Western are warning commuters that services may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

It added that it expects disruption all day and advised people to check its website before travelling.

Services from Reading to Newbury are now returning to normal after a broken down train between the two stations.

The Westbury bound line had been blocked and services were cancelled or delayed by 20 minutes.
