The two pedestrians, both believed to be female, have been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford - one by road and the other by air ambulance.

The motorcyclist, believed to be male, has been taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.

The South Central Ambulance Service said there were a "mixture of injuries", but added it was not yet clear the severity.
