Heavy rain causes flooding in East Ilsley

IT is becoming an all too familiar sight in East Ilsley.

The village, on the banks of the River Pang, has been plagued by flooding over the past decade and the heavy rainfall this week has seen the drains struggling to cope with the additional water.

East Ilsley resident Andrew Sharp tweeted pictures of excess water in different parts of the village - including outside The Swan public house and in fields.
