Newbury firefighters at fire at domestic property in the town

Emergency services are at the scene of a fire in domestic premises in Newbury.

Both pumps from Newbury Fire Station were called at 4.54pm today (Monday) to a fire in Kingsbridge Road - situated off Enborne Road, in the local area near to St Bartholomew's school. 

Update Tues 9am

Newbury fire station's Red Watch who attended this incident told Newbury Today this morning (Tues) that the incident related to a small, electrical fire in the loft, which was out on arrival.

No-one was hurt, or evacuated. 

Firefighters left the scene at 6.30pm.
