Police appeal to find missing teenager

POLICE say they are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of a missing teenager.

Jack Durrant, 16, was last seen in the Barn Owl Way area of Burghfield at about 2pm on Saturday November 21.

Jack, from Reading, is white, 5ft 11ins, slim with long, straight black hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing black jeans, a black hooded jumper and black trainers.

He is believed to be in the Reading area and travels around by bus.

Inspector Steve Warren, from Newbury police station, said:  “We are concerned for Jack’s welfare and would like anyone who sees him, or knows where he is, to contact us as soon as possible.

“Anyone with information should contact the Thames Valley Police 24-hour enquiry centre on 101.”
