FIREFIGHTERS will be providing road safety advice in Newbury town centre today (Thurs) and tomorrow (Fri).

The Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) will be giving advice during road safety week (Nov 23 to 29) on topics ranging from drink and drug driving, to speeding, and seat belts to mobile telephone distraction.

The firefighters will be in the Kennet centre between 11am and 3pm today (Nov 26) and during the same times tomorrow (Fri Nov 27), in Northbrook Street.
