NEWBURY firefighters rescued a child stuck in a tree yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
Two fire engines from Newbury Fire Station were called at 4.20pm to the tree in Curridge Road.
No-one was hurt.
Firefighters left the scene at 7.25pm.
