Fire crews called to portable building blaze

Fire crews were called to a blaze at a portable building this afternoon (Monday).

Crews from Newbury and Dee Road fire stations both attended the incident at Colthrop Lane, Thatcham after being called at 2.44pm.

A hose reel and breathing apparatus was used to bring the fire under control and a stop notice was issued at 3.40pm.

There were no reported injuries.
