Newbury’s high street will recognise Youth Day this afternoon, featuring local youth bands and drama.

Northbrook Street will host live music and performances from local young performers for the annual event between 12pm and 4pm.

The event is free and is organised by Berkshire Youth and Newbury BID.

Burghfield will host its 25th May Fayre at 10.30am at The Hatch, Reading Road, until 4pm.

The event, organised by Burghfield Residents’ Association will feature ferret racing, a dog show, and a host of stalls and activities.
