At around 4.50am on Wednesday a lorry was involved in a single road traffic collision on the M4 between junctions 12 and 11.

The driver of the vehicle, Graham Elliott, aged 49 from Dagenham, died.

His family released a tribute today (Saturday) which said: “Graham Elliott, aged 49, a devoted family man was tragically killed on the M4 motorway on 11th May 2016.

"He leaves behind a wife and two children aged 16 and 23 who have been devastated by this terrible accident.”
