A woman who died in a fatal car crash on the M4 eight days ago has been named.

Gunatharshiga Koneswaran, 36, from Hounslow, was a passenger in a silver Volkswagen Touran which was involved in a collision with two other vehicles between junctions 15 and 14 near Membury Services on Sunday, July 3.

A four-year-old travelling in the same car was taken to hospital in a critical condition following the collision, and a two-year-old received minor injuries.

The driver was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
