Theale Parish Council to hold by-election next month

RESIDENTS are being encouraged to stand in the upcoming Theale Parish Council by-election.

The three vacant seats will be contested in the election on November 3 with the council keen for potential candidates to step forward.

A statement from Theale Parish Council said: “Parish councillors working together have the chance to shape the future of their community, to improve their environment and to make a difference.”

Previous experience is not necessary and training is available.

Nomination forms are available from West Berkshire Council offices or from Theale Parish Council office. Completed forms must be returned to West Berkshire Council no later than 4pm on Friday, October 7.
