Woolhampton caravan fire suspected arson

A WOOLHAMPTON caravan fire during the early hours of this morning (Tues) was put down to a suspected arson.

One pump from Newbury Fire Station was called at 2am, to Station Road, where a derelict caravan was discovered ablaze.

No-one was hurt.

The fire was extinguished by firefighters using a hosereel.

The cause was recorded as a suspected arson.

Firefighters left the scene at 3am.
