Halloween

FANCY navigating your way around Newbury, collecting clues, to be in with a chance of winning something spookily special?

Newbury Business Improvement District (BID) is celebrating October 31 with the return of its popular ‘Hallowe’en Haunt’ around the town, from today (Friday) until Sunday, October 30.

People can take part in the competition by cutting out the form on page 21 of this week's Newbury Weekly News newspaper and using it to follow a trail of cauldrons around the town to collect clues.

Those who discover all 15 clues and crack the code will be in with a chance of winning a prize in the draw, which will take place at the Newbury Artisan Market on Sunday, October 30.

Newbury BID managing director Russell Downing, said: “Newbury BID is committed to bringing events to Newbury’s town centre, increasing footfall to the town and enhancing the experience for all.”

Newbury BID is a company responsible for managing the town centre.
