A BIN fire at a Thatcham skate park yesterday (Sun) evening was put down to accidental cause. 

One pump from Newbury Fire Station was called at 9pm to the skate park at the A4 junction with Hartshill Road.

One bin was discovered well alight in the middle of the park.

Firefighters extinguished the fire with a bucket of water before departing the scene at 9.05pm
