TADLEY Calleva continued their unbeaten start in Division One of the Sydenhams Wessex League with a 2-1 home win to topple league leaders Downton.

Skipper Scott Kinge struck from distance and Brett Denham was played in by Isaac Sedu for Tadley’s decider.

Tadley take a midweek break from league duty to entertain Fawley in the opening round of the Hampshire Senior Cup.

Two first goals from Shane Cooper-Clark were enough to seal a 2-1 home win over Thatcham Town over Henley Town in the Uhlsport Hellenic League.

Thatcham also see midweek action with a trip to bottom of the table Burnham on Tuesday night.
