THATCHAM TOWN crashed to a 4-1 home defeat at the hands of Bracknell Town, the second time they have been beaten by their Berkshire rivals this season.

The first time saw Bracknell score a 3-2 win to knock Thatcham out of the FA Cup and produce a result that led to the resignation of co-manager Gareth Thomas.

But it was worse this time arondu as new signing TJ Bohane struck twice for Bracknell, who had won only once in the league this term. The other goals came from Alex Cornell while Shane Cooper-Clark scored for Thatcham against his former club.

Thatcham’s scheduled Bank Holiday Monday game with Carterton was called off as the Oxfordshire club remains in playing limbo while searhching for a new managher.

GOALS from Isaac Sedu and Sam Hilton gave Tadley Calleva a 2-0 Wessex League win at Romsey Town on Saturday.

Tadley are also on the road on Tuesday night when they make the trip to struggling Fleet Spurs, who have lost 7-1 in each of their previous two games.
