A Thatcham man has been arrested following a robbery in the town. 

The robbery took place in the alleyway off the Broadway by St Mary's Church at 12.30pm yesterday (Monday)

A 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and bailed until Monday, February 22.

Anyone with information should call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
