Should West Berkshire Council cut funding for the homeless?

Yes, the council has got to save money due to Government cuts and this is one of the budgets that must be reduced

No, West Berkshire should do much more to help the homeless and cutting this budget is wrong

I don't know

I don't care

Where has this figure come from? I can see no mention of it in the WBC 2017/18 Budget Proposals on its website.

A more useful poll would be to: a) cut £349,000 from the homeless budget, or b) raise council tax by a further £349,000 (which I think would need a referendum given increase is already at maximum) or c) cut £349,000 from [named alternative, e.g. social care]. Personally I would go for b).
