Newbury Town Council - have announced that they will open the Wharf toilets on a temporary basis, 9am - 5pm every day... http://newbury.gov.uk/news/20160414-wharf-toilet-to-reopen.php

These toilets are located at a busy location. Buses, Taxis and two car parks.
People coming into Newbury will now face a boarded up facility that will degrade with time.
This bad news for visitors and the perception of Newbury when taking into consideration the closure of tourist office too.

Make them paid as in Germany. That's how you avoid them being closed down.

Please use the money you are saving from ALL these closures sensibly Newbury is falling apart, companies are moving away and now we have one less place to relieve ourselves!!!
