It is criminal that library's are closing, they are a much loved and free resource open to everyone. They make our lives richer by giving us a wealth of material to use. We will be taking a huge step backwards by closing them. They will never open again, Aren't we supposed to have a poor literacy record in this country already? Not everything should be thought about in monetary terms some things are worth preserving for the community value. There is alot of wealth in Berkshire, surely there is enough money to keep this and other essential services going. Will we have a big reduction in council tax when everything closes?
