Oliver joins Newbury Chiropractic Centre

Just a short walk from Newbury town centre, in Newtown Road, the team at Newbury Chiropractic Centre have a huge amount of experience in relieving the pain and discomfort associated with all sorts of conditions.

Their modern clinic boasts superb facilities in relaxing surroundings, with five chiropractors, an acupuncturist and a massage therapist who all specialise in helping people to get the most out of life by reducing pain levels and improving mobility.

Oliver Harris has recently re-joined the practice as a qualified Chiropractor following five years of training at Bournemouth. He had previously done sports massages at the practice.

Oliver said: "I used to play Judo and suffered an injury in my teens. Newbury Chiropractic Centre treated me and I became interested in the process. As a result I decided to study towards becoming a qualified chiropractor and took my degree at AECC University College in Bournemouth."

Former St Bart's pupil, Oliver has now joined the clinic as a fully-qualified chiropractor and is looking forward to working with clients.

"What I love is that you are treating people and putting them on the road to recovery," said Oliver. "I love meeting new people anyway and we get such a wide range of clients of all ages."

Chiropractic is a treatment that involves the diagnosis and manipulation of misalignment of the joints, especially of the spinal column, to relieve problems associated with the bones, muscles and joints.

Treatment consists of a wide range of manipulative techniques designed to improve the function of the joints, relieving pain and muscle spasm, without the use of any drugs or surgery.

As a primary health-care profession, you do not need to be referred by your doctor. A chiropractor is trained to diagnose your problem and will refer you to another health-care practitioner if necessary.

For a free initial telephone consultation, or to book in with Oliver or any of the team, please contact the practice on (01635) 48088. Further information can be found online at www.newburychiropracticcentre.co.uk.
