AMS UK and Worldwide Couriers Ltd join the 1st Class Logistics family

AMS UK and Worldwide Couriers Ltd have officially joined the 1st Class Logistics family, marking an exciting step forward for both companies.

In February 25, 1st Class Logistics acquired the UK side of the AMS Business.

The international side will continue to be run by AMS.

Founded in Newbury in 1990 by three friends – Andy, Mark and Steve – AMS quickly built a strong reputation for delivering personal, reliable and cost effective courier services.

A dedication to quality and customer satisfaction made them a trusted name in the industry for over three decades.

Andy and his wife Alison continued to grow the business with the same passion and commitment.
