A taste of France at Watership Cantabile a cappella workshop

Watership Cantabile, an ‘a cappella’ choir, based in Thatcham, are offering a free open singing workshop this weekend.

They rehearse regularly at St Mary’s Church and are both well-known and well-supported locally.

“This will be our third workshop since the lockdown and we hope will prove as popular as the previous one, last year.”

The event is scheduled for 1pm to 2.30pm on Saturday, followed by refreshments.

The theme for their music this year is based on music from France, with songs from several, notable French composers and musicians.

Some of the lighter music from this is also being reflected in the workshop.
