Estate manager’s debut art show An Eclectic Mix at pop-up Wiltshire gallery




Mandi Labuschagne is showing paintings this week in her debut art exhibition An Eclectic Mix at the Golden Lion Gallery, a pop-up gallery in the heart of Ramsbury.


The show features a collection of watercolours, oils and acrylics.

Originally from South Africa, but now living and working in Ramsbury, Mandi balances her creative pursuits with her role as an estate manager; painting under the pseudonym MandiSA.

“I never imagined I would one day have an art exhibition,” she said. “Art started as a therapeutic outlet during some tough times in my life, but it’s become such a vital part of who I am.”

Having no formal art training, Mandi’s work is guided by feeling and emotion.

“My exhibition reflects this journey, bringing together various pieces that speak to my love of creating art. Each piece tells its own story, making the collection as unique as my artistic journey.”

And for her, she said, the gallery provides “the perfect setting for an intimate and personal showcase”.

Th show opened at the weekend and continues to this Friday (January 31). Opening times: 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm daily. Admission is free.
