Community exhibition by people on Art for Wellbeing courses - a Creative Communities partnership with West Berkshire Council and Sovereign Network Group
Creative Communities 4th Annual Community Art Exhibition, Identities, has opened at Arlington Arts and will run to Friday, July 25.
This year marks an exciting milestone, as Creative Communities has been invited back for an extended exhibition, giving even more visitors the chance to explore the power of art as a tool for wellbeing and personal growth.
Working in partnership with West Berkshire Council and Sovereign Network Group, with additional funding from the Lottery Community Fund, Creative Communities deliver fully funded Art for Wellbeing courses across West Berkshire.
This exhibition is the culmination of the work created over the past academic year, a vibrant celebration of creativity, resilience, and community.
“This year’s exhibition has been described as our best yet, showcasing an exceptional standard of work across a wide range of styles,” says Creative Communities managing director and head of creativity and wellbeing Tanya Reid, an artist herself.
“From traditional to experimental, the pieces reveal deeply personal journeys and bold artistic exploration.
“Whether you're drawn to classical landscapes or contemporary abstraction, there’s something here to inspire us all.”
