Englefield House’s live concerts called off until 2022

Following the Government announcement on the final unlocking of Covid rules in England, this summer’s three big-name Heritage Live concerts at Englefield House have been postponed.

The outdoor evening concerts, which were originally due to take place between July 23 and 25, will now take place on the following dates: Supergrass plus Feeder and Sports Team: Friday, July 22, 2022; Boy George and Culture Club plus Lulu, Gabrielle and Kim Wilde: Saturday, July 23 2022; and Last Night of the Heritage Proms with Russell Watson and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra with the NHS Voices Choir: Sunday, July 24

In a statement issued this morning (Friday, June 18), the organisers said: “Despite the shows taking place just after the newly proposed 19th July unlocking date, the set up and build for the events would have to begin from 12th July for concerts of this size, with no guarantee that they would be able to go ahead. As such, Heritage Live have taken the terribly difficult and heart-breaking decision to reschedule for 2022 when it will be able to guarantee three wonderful nights for audiences at Englefield House.” All original tickets remain valid.
