Snap up 5 Solstice on The Mount tickets at the Wasing Estate in online auction
Five tickets for Solstice on The Mount on the Wasing Estate next month are up for grabs to the highest bidder as of today (Tuesday).
They have been donated to the charity online auction to raise funds for the Corn Exchange Old Library campaign to restore the town centre building into an arts hub.
The big auction bidding is due to start in June, but as this event is on June 20, tickets are being auctioned off early. Bidding has started at £150.
The Solstice On The Mount festival will be headlined by Nick Mulvey and Rodrigo y Gabriela. These celebrations promise a magical evening with exceptional music, in a breathtaking natural setting. As one of the most diverse rural estates in England, Wasing is unique, a special place with wellbeing at its core.

Nick Mulvey
Previously a member of the critically acclaimed group Portico Quartet, Nick Mulvey frames themes of nature, spirituality and personal growth as a focal point embellished with his distinct blend of folk, pop and intricate guitar work alongside poetic and introspective lyrics. 2024 sees the 10th anniversary of his Mercury Prize nominated debut solo album First Mind Featuring the hit singles Fever To The Form and Cucurucu.
Rodrigo y Gabriela
Rodrigo y Gabriela are long-established masters of their instruments whether it is Rodrigo’s shimmering, hummingbird flourishes or Gabriela’s extraordinary engine-room rhythm. Dancing between world and rock and teaming with Hispanic passion, the fire in Rodrigo y Gabriela’s music stems from the duo’s life-long passion for jazz, flamenco and Latin creating unique and truly explosive performances on just two acoustic guitars.

The campaign for the Corn Exchange’s Old Library project, which will see the unused historic building – lately Prezzo’s restaurant – transformed into a new arts hub, went public after a successful private fundraising phase. A total of £2.6m is required to achieve the organisation’s ambitious plans to open the Old Library later this year.
