Launch of monthly ‘Your Space’ Open Mic Nights for 15-18s in Newbury
A great idea this - or should we say ‘SLAY!’?
Good Vibes Music Academy has announced a monthly ‘Your Space’ Open Mic events, a new platform for young musicians aged 15-18 to showcase their talent in a welcoming, laid-back environment.
These regular events, at 6pm on the second Sunday of the month, are hosted at the GVMA studio in Newbury, are designed to give budding performers the chance to experience the thrill of live music and connect with like-minded individuals.
“Your Space is exactly that - a space where young musicians can be themselves, express their creativity, and take the stage,” says director of Good Vibes Music Academy Steve Christmas.
“We’re passionate about providing real performance opportunities that inspire confidence and foster collaboration.”
Each open mic event features a fully equipped studio space, complete with professional sound gear, creating an authentic gig experience.
Whether you’re a solo artist, part of a band, or trying something new, Your Space is an ideal opportunity to test the waters and grow as a performer.
The next Open Mic Night: February 9 from 6pm (Second Sunday of Eevery month)
