Newbury Art Group weekend exhibition and sale

If you are in town this weekend, why not take a break from shopping and pop in to the Town Hall where Newbury Art Group are holding their art exhibition and sale.

The show - encompassing a wide range of mediums and genres - started yesterday (Friday) and finishes on Sunday.

Open 9.30am to 4.30pm with Sunday finishing at 4pm.

The long established art group has about 140 members, with a range of abilities and working in a variety of media and styles, some traditional, some adventurous. It offers an extensive programme of events such as weekly painting afternoons, workshops, artists demonstrations, coach trips to major exhibitions, outdoor painting venues and exhibitions.

They welcome artists of all abilities as members. There is no selection process for joining the group or entering their exhibitions.
