The fabulous music photography featured on the recent Adrian Buchelt article (bit.ly/39s6jtW) are by the talented 18-year-old photography student Daisy Bayliss, who studies at Bath Spa University.
Daisy is from the Newbury area and usually specialises in portrait photography.
However, she tries to work with as many genres as possible.
“I enjoy taking landscapes and exploring places and capturing things that have been left behind or abandoned as well,” she said.
“My portrait work often looks at identity, music and fashion as I’m extremely interested in people’s stories and styles and how this can be projected through the lens of a camera.
“Music is a huge inspiration and outlet for me. I also create songs under the name of WHOiSDAiSY, and this has led me to meet some amazing artists who I have been able to work with.
“It’s important to me to show representation of individual traits, personalities and backgrounds to resonate with different people and to create larger amounts of variation in my content.
“Gradually I am learning new skills and gaining knowledge in the competitive world of photography, but I hope to be able to continue to express myself artistically and work alongside new people in the future.”
