Russell Howard tests out new stand-up show on Newbury audience




Stand-up comedian Russell Howard is bringing an evening of work-in-progress to Newbury in two weeks time, ahead of his national tour and tickets have gone on sale.

The star of Russell Howard's Good News, The Russell Howard Hour and Mock the Week will test out his new material live at the Corn Exchange, alongside some comedy friends, before hitting the road. He will be performing on Thursday, February 16 and Friday 17, 7.30pm.

Priority booking for the show opened to Corn Exchange Members at 10am this morning (Tuesday) and is proving popular. The venue reports that "There’s been lots of activity on the website this morning and people keen to book".

Tickets will go on general sale tomorrow at 10am.
