How would you interpret New Beginnings?

A reminder that there's still time to send in work to Arlington Arts for this year’s community art exhibition New Beginnings.

They are looking for submissions from people of all ages; children and adults, professional artists and enthusiastic amateurs.

Patricia Sears from the Snelsmore venue said: “A new year gives us the opportunity to make a fresh start.

“After the historical events of 2022, including the passing of the Queen, we have a new monarch.

“With the passing of the pandemic lockdowns, we can all share and connect once more.

“Arlington Arts has a new director, Sherrell Perkin, and we are looking forward to exciting new times and opportunities.

“We invite all members of the local community to share their interpretation of this exhibition theme, which will run from January 16 to March 2.”

Photographs, paintings and other wall-hung images should not exceed A4 size (210mm x 297mm or 8.3ins x 11.7ins).
