Today's Whistle Down the Wind matinee cancelled at Watermill

The Watermill theatre have cancelled this afternoon's matinee performance (Saturday, 2.30pm) of Whistle Down the Wind, owing to illness within the company. However, tonight's evening performance will go ahead.

Whistle Down the Wind, an actor/musician revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jim Steinman’s 1996 rock musical, runs at the Bagnor theatre until September 10.

The production has been garnering cosiderable praise - with a 5-star review in the Observer.

The theatre has apologised to ticket holders and said the box office would be in touch with the audience as soon as possible.
