Saturday weather forecast forces change of venue for Newbury bandstand music mini-festival

Due to the weather, Saturdays mini Festival due to take place on the Victoria Park Bandstand is now taking cover at The Starting Gate, from 2pm-5pm

Featuring Dr Russell's Hot Throat Gargle, covers band The Caskettes, IC AndtheDrones (classic and modern folk and folked-up pop songs with a jazzy, rocky feel).

Paul Worsley of organisers Sound Newbury said: “Big thanks to Sian and her team for accommodating us at short notice.”
