The Dundas Arms, Outdoor Cinema Tour 2025, Mamma Mia! 7pm. Whether you’re a devoted cinephile or just looking for a unique way to spend a summer evening, our tour promises classic films, delicious food, and award-winning Butcombe beers – all in the great outdoors. Tickets are just £5 per person and include entry plus a pint of Thatchers, Peroni Capri or a soft drink.

SUNDAY
Watermill Family Fête, from noon. Have a go at some traditional fete activities and try your hand at some crafts. Take part in the world famous duck race, or get creative and have your face painted! Or relax, enjoy some live music on the lawn from local groups, Three Rivers Community Choir & Front Page Rouge, with refreshments from the bar. Browse the fabulous stallholders and treat yourself to some sweet treats, artisan craft products or a plant or two, all while raising important funds for The Watermill, to support the theatre’s artistic programme and community outreach work. Parking will be limited, so please try to car share where possible. £3 / U16s £1.50.
Choral Evensong, at St. Mary’s Church Speen RG14 1SA, 6pm. Beautiful music, followed by refreshments, Everyone is very welcome to attend.
Newbury Rotary presents Mayor of Newbury’s Summer Variety Concert at the Corn Exchange, 2pm-5pm.The line-up will include a band from the Good Vibes academy, solo and choir singers, contemporary dance and a performance of handbells – something for everyone!
