16-year-old boy arrested in connection with attack on vulnerable adults




Mencap users and carers were left covered in paint

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a paint attack on two vulnerable adults and their carers.

The group were left covered in white gloss paint following the incident in St John’s Road, Newbury, on Friday, October 27.

The teenager was arrested on November 1 and has been released under investigation, Thames Valley Police confirmed this week.
