400 West Berks properties still without power

At about 11am today (Mon), about 1,800 people in places including Newbury, Bagnor, Donnington and Speen lost power.
However, Duncan MacDonald from Southern Electric said that engineers had managed to get the figure down to 400.
He said that the priority of the engineers was to get everybody back on and that they were doing their best to achieve this.
