Thames Valley Police arrest 88-year-old man after two reports of indecent exposure in Compton

An 88-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of exposure and voyeurism after two reports of indecent exposure in Compton were made to police yesterday afternoon.

A man was seen to be exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately while in his car around Burrell Road and the High Street between 12.15pm and 1.30pm on Thursday, May 19.

The victims who reported the incident, two women in their 30s, saw the offender in his vehicle.

Investigating officer PC Daniel Parnell said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed these incidents to please get in touch.”

The 88-year-old, who is from Thatcham, was released on police bail until June 14.

PC Parnell also encouraged anyone who might have information to make a report online on the TVP website or call 101 quoting reference number 43220217279.
