A34 southbound closed due to fuel spillage from overturned lorry

The road is shut between the A4183 (Abingdon North) and the A415 (Marcham Interchange). There is also no access onto the A34 southbound from the A423 (Hinksey Hill Interchange).
A lorry overturned causing a fuel spillage just before 4am near the Marcham Interchange.
There are long delays as a result.
