Skateboarding and free entertainment for town's youngsters
CHILDREN in Thatcham can look forward to days of fun in the town this week.
Professional skate company Team Extreme will be hanging out at the Dunstan Green skate park, providing free demos, coaching and competitions between 11am and 5pm tomorrow (Wednesday, August 26).
Then on Thursday, the Henwick Worthy Sports Ground will host Playdays in the Park.
The event provides free entertainment for pre-school and primary children and their families, including a puppet show, magic show, circus skills, bouncy castles, face painting and arts and crafts.
The event runs from noon until 4pm.
