Aldermaston grass fire suspected arson

Thames Valley Police spokeswoman, Francine Rodrigues, said police were called by the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) at 10.11am today (Mon), to a grass fire in Wasing Lane.
The fire was under investigation by police, who are treating it as suspected arson.
RBFRS spokeswoman, Ellie Gray, said one pump from Tilehurst was called to the incident at 9.30am and firefighters used one hosereel to extinguish the blaze.
The fire service closed the incident at 10.09am.
